Boys 7v7 Football - Spring 2026

4th-5th Grade Boys 7v7 Football

New this year: 7 vs. 7 touch football through The Chicagoland Youth Football league (TCYFL).  This is a passing league with focus on the passing game.

$125 if registered by 3/14/26, or $175 late registration fee

Games: 4/12, 4/19, 4/26, 5/3, 5/10, 5/17

Players are responsible for providing cleats and mouth guard

Co-Ed Athletic Development Program - Spring 2026

The SFS Off-Season Athletic Development Program is designed to help our young athletes build a strong, resilient, and athletic foundation that supports performance in any sport. This comprehensive training experience focuses on five key pillars: mobility, coordination, strength, speed, and power, the essential qualities every developing athlete needs to thrive.

Led by Mike Ennessy, Certified Personal Trainer and experienced Youth Athlete Coach, each session is structured to be safe, progressive, and age-appropriate while still challenging and engaging. Athletes will train in a positive, high-energy environment where proper technique, effort, and confidence are emphasized every step of the way.

Date: Tuesday and Thursday  at 2:15-3:15 (March 10 - April 9)

*No training during Spring Break March 23-27

Where: SFS Gym

Cost: $25 per athlete

Eligibility: Available to any boy/girl that participated in an SFS sport this school year.

Practice starts 3/2

Conference meets are on Sundays in April, conference finals 5/3, and sectional meet 5/9.
